Business Service Assist -CSI 

Responsibilities

·                Assists CSI associates with tasks outside of normal responsibilities outside of normal responsibilities.

·                Customer support.

·                Receives, verifies, sorts, prepares, and delivers all mail/materials.

·                Processes and delivers stock orders to all departments.

·                Safeguards all materials until signatures and proper documentation is obtained from department.

·                Opens and directs all improperly addressed mail to the appropriate departments.

·                Opens and directs all “returned” mail.

·                Processes all hand stuffing of letters.

·                Prepares, documents, and maintains department records of materials being received and shipped.

·                Adheres to all company and department policies and procedures.

·                Ensures consistent and effective flow of communication.

·         High School diploma or GED

·         5 Years related work experience

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Ability to effectively interact with all levels of company personnel.

·         Must be self-motivated and able to perform varied tasks with minimal supervision

·         Basic computer skills needed
