Marketing Solutions Consultant-AHNJ
The Marketing Solutions Consultant is responsible for planning and executing marketing and communications deliverables that support sales, retention, client engagement, broker relationships, sponsorships, and key corporate initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of customer and business needs, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and the judgment to recommend and execute effective marketing solutions to sales and marketing leaders.
· Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Creative, and other internal teams to develop marketing collateral that supports new sales, retention, and client engagement efforts.
· Create presentations and related materials for sales-sponsored events, client meetings, broker meetings, capability presentations, and other key forums.
· Lead the planning, timeline management, strategy, and development of marketing materials and communications for key accounts, business partners, and corporate projects.
· Develop communication strategies for digital communications, quarterly and annual communications, customized campaigns, placemats, collateral, websites, sponsorship materials, and other marketing assets.
· Use customer insights, market trends, business priorities to establish and amplify the AmeriHealth value story, and shape clear, relevant, and effective messaging.
· Consult with sales and applicable business areas to understand goals, recommend marketing approaches, and ensure deliverables meet business and customer needs.
· Balance work across multiple projects, deadlines, and internal clients while maintaining quality and consistency.
NOTE: This role will be assigned to our Cranbury NJ office but have requirements for travel to our Philadelphia office
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
· Five or more years of experience in marketing, communications, sales support, account support, or a related field.
· Strong knowledge of marketing and communications principles, practices, and techniques.
· Experience developing product collateral, client-facing materials, presentations, campaigns, and communications that support sales and retention efforts.
· Experience supporting large-scale client meetings, broker meetings, sales events, sponsorship events, or similar business forums.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, audience-appropriate messaging.
· Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
· Effective interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to build relationships and work across all levels of a large corporate structure.
· Strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and business priorities.
· Ability to travel between central New Jersey and Philadelphia offices, as needed.
Salary Range:
- $77,625 - $129,375
