Position Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in health insurance sales/Account Management.  Managerial or leadership experience is preferred.
  • Must possess managerial skills of organization, planning and providing leadership to develop and motivate associates.  Must have ability to interface effectively with people.  Above average written and oral communication skills.
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline. 
  • Demonstrated ability to function in a high-volume, highly visible, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of insurance products, services, and administration required and a broad understanding of health insurance funding and rating methodologies.
  • Strong verbal and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and CRM packages, such as ROAM required.
  • Must possess State Health, Life, and Worker's Compensation (where applicable) License examinations.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable car for extensive visits to account/broker locations.
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented.
