Responsibilities:

  •   Includes all duties in Administrative Assistant with increased emphasis on autonomy, workload, and knowledge of the department.
  •  Screens incoming calls and mail. 
  • Composes correspondence for semi-routine matters. 
  •  Able to supply information in supervisor's absence. 
  •  Makes travel arrangements. 
  •  Works on projects of a recurring nature. 
  •  May research information from several sources for projects.
  •  May prepare and monitor budget.  May process confidential payroll and personnel documents.

 

Qualifications 

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 4 years as an administrative assistant required. 
  • Demonstrated strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills required. 
  • Position requires knowledge of personal computer/software including Microsoft office products.  Customer focused professionalism is a primary requirement.
