Sr Data & Reporting Specialist

Description
This position is responsible to support all claims teams (Claims, Stop Loss and Provider) data analytics.
This includes pulling the data, analyzing, presenting the findings and proposing a resolution to resolve open issues. Assist with the BOT programming requests and the development from the business side.
This position works with various associates to evaluate issues and looks for technical resolutions to most quickly and effectively fix open issues.
Under general direction, collects, validates, analyzes, and organizes data into meaningful reports for management decision making as well as designing, developing, testing and deploying reports to provider networks and other end users for operational and strategic analysis.
Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Good interpersonal skills for handling internal and external customers.
- Well-developed listening and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word is required.
- Must be detail oriented and analytical.
- Ability to research relevant and necessary information from varied sources
- Self-motivated
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Studio X a plusKnowledge of SQL a plus
