Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Health Care Administration or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2 – 3 years related experience
  • Capable of managing projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to include influence and negotiation.
  • Excellent application of verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical skills, problem solving, and critical thinking.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and time constraints
  • Proactive and responsive.
  • Exhibits efficiency, collaboration and results orientation.
  • Ability to multitask, managing multiple issues at the same time.
  • Must be able to work in a matrix, partnership environment.
  • Ability to determine key business issues and develop appropriate analysis plans.
  • Problem solving skills combined with ability to self-start to execute.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
