Client Implementation Specialist - AmeriHealth Administrators
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Health Care Administration or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 – 3 years related experience
- Capable of managing projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills to include influence and negotiation.
- Excellent application of verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical skills, problem solving, and critical thinking.
- Ability to work well under pressure and time constraints
- Proactive and responsive.
- Exhibits efficiency, collaboration and results orientation.
- Ability to multitask, managing multiple issues at the same time.
- Must be able to work in a matrix, partnership environment.
- Ability to determine key business issues and develop appropriate analysis plans.
- Problem solving skills combined with ability to self-start to execute.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
