Required Skills
  • Clear, concise writing, plain language for B2C and B2B communications
  • Ability to identify with the audience and to plan communications that support the specific customer concerns and needs, in a voice that the customer feels comfortable with and understands
  • Ability to quickly assimilate information and develop effective content
  • Interpersonal skills to support interactions with other associates and teams
  • Marketing or marketing communications experience helpful
  • Familiarity with electronic, online, and print layout helpful
  • Intermediate or better in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with InDesign and Acrobat helpful
