Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Health Care Administration or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

·       2 – 3 years related experience

·       Capable of managing projects.

·       Strong interpersonal skills to include influence and negotiation.

·       Excellent application of verbal and written communication skills.

·       Analytical skills, problem solving, and critical thinking.

·       Ability to work well under pressure and time constraints.

·       Proactive and responsive.

·       Exhibits efficiency, collaboration and results orientation.

·       Ability to multitask, managing multiple issues at the same time.

·       Must be able to work in a matrix, partnership environment.

·       Ability to determine key business issues and develop appropriate analysis plans.

·       Problem solving skills combined with ability to self-start to execute.

·       Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
