Requirements

·       High school diploma or equivalency.

·       One-year customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment Demonstrated PC navigation and data entry skills

·       Strong interpersonal communication skills

·       Strong problem solving and decision-making skills

·       Demonstrated skills as an empathetic and compassionate communicator Demonstrated ability to quickly gain customer trust and confidence Demonstrated effective writing skills

 

Preferred Requirements

·       Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive interpersonal relationships with customers.

·       Demonstrated ability in making timely and service oriented decisions.

·       Demonstrated ability to enhance or develop new skills in response to changing expectations Good written communication skills
