Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Customer service experience (at least 1-2 years that can be in-person and over the phone) required
  • Customer focused with the ability to consistently maintain a professional demeanor with internal and external business partners (phone/non- phone)
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to problem solve, prioritize, and maintain a flexible disposition required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in health insurance a plus
  • Computer skill required - experience is the Microsoft office products a plus
  • Customer focused professionalism required.
  • May be required to work overtime hours and/or to provide additional weekend coverage based on the business need.
