Experience

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Call Center environment.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Hands on operating experience with the following Workforce Management System and/or call center reporting systems:
    • Strong knowledge of Verint, CMS Avaya Supervisor, or NICE IEX Workforce Management.
  • Highly Proficient use of NICE/IEX reporting, Microsoft Word, and Excel (including the ability to write and read basic nested formulas, use of filters, pivot tables, etc;  understanding of Macro functions is a plus)
  • Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment; works well under pressure
  • Hybrid of Choice work schedule model provides our associates with flexibility to chose whether to work remotely, work in the office every day, or work in the office on certain days at their discretion. However, management may require our associates to work from Independence’s physical office locations on certain occasions. This role is designated as a role that fits into the “Hybrid of Choice” model. While associates may work remotely, the work must be performed in the Tri-State Area of Delaware, New Jersey or Pennsylvania
