Executive Assistant - AHA
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Undergraduate degree preferred.
- Six (6) or more years of administrative assistant experience in a large corporate setting; 2 of which supporting senior level management required.
- Extensive experience with executive office protocol, confidentiality, business decorum, procedures & processes.
- Extensive experience with Administrative Assistance functions that includes: Department records & reports; Travel, meeting, & conference logistics & arrangements; Correspondence & inquiry screening, processing & distribution; Office supplies & equipment maintenance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), inquiry/database/reporting, electronic mail, & other computer-based modules such as internet travel arrangement systems.
- Multi-tasking abilities; flexible and quickly adapts to change
- Ability to grasp assignments quickly and work independently
- Strong effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with handling extremely busy telephone line; directing incoming calls; setting up conference/video calls
- Demonstrated experience with handling highly confidential reports, letters and memoranda
- Organized and detail oriented
- Experience working in a health insurance carrier or law firm environment
