Issue Resolution Specialist
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Billing, Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, Claims, Enrollment, benefits, Cash Application, and Customer Service within the Healthcare industry.
- Good understanding of CMS mandates and regulations related to ACA business.
- Ability to think critically and resolve problems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to succeed in a high paced environment.
- Ability to participate in change management initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Presentation skills is a plus
- High Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to multi task and prioritize activities.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Minimum 3 - 4 years working within Billing, or Accounts receivable, or Claims, or Enrollment, or Enrollment reconciliation, or Customer Service within the Healthcare industry
