Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Business, or Human Resources; Master’s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 10-15 years in a variety of workplace learning roles designing and delivering a wide array of learning solutions.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of instructional design methodology and best practices, adult learning theory, and organizational behavior.
  • Demonstrated experience at translating business needs to sound instructional strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead by example and foster mentoring relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to create momentum and foster organizational change.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Extensive project management experience and expertise.
