Learning Consultant AHA
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Business, or Human Resources; Master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 10-15 years in a variety of workplace learning roles designing and delivering a wide array of learning solutions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of instructional design methodology and best practices, adult learning theory, and organizational behavior.
- Demonstrated experience at translating business needs to sound instructional strategies.
- Proven ability to lead by example and foster mentoring relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to create momentum and foster organizational change.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Extensive project management experience and expertise.
