  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years or more management experience with at least 3 years in healthcare administration primarily in Operations, Customer Experience, or Account Management environment
  • Proven success in inventory management, process improvement, and staff development
  • End to End understanding of Healthcare Operations
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and with the ability to collaborate through resolution
  • Ability to build sound working relationships to drive results
  • Inspire and motivate other to support a culture of accountability/execution by setting clear expectations and measuring success through performance which will direct organizational results
  • Must have strong organization skills and problem solving abilities that all you to understand root cause, provide impact assessments, and follow through on process improvement to minimize/eliminate exposure to the organization and our clients.
  • Knowledge of Avaya technology
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office products
