Manager Operations - Customer Experience - AmeriHealth Administrators
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years or more management experience with at least 3 years in healthcare administration primarily in Operations, Customer Experience, or Account Management environment
- Proven success in inventory management, process improvement, and staff development
- End to End understanding of Healthcare Operations
- Demonstrated leadership skills and with the ability to collaborate through resolution
- Ability to build sound working relationships to drive results
- Inspire and motivate other to support a culture of accountability/execution by setting clear expectations and measuring success through performance which will direct organizational results
- Must have strong organization skills and problem solving abilities that all you to understand root cause, provide impact assessments, and follow through on process improvement to minimize/eliminate exposure to the organization and our clients.
- Knowledge of Avaya technology
- Knowledge of Microsoft office products
