Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred

· High School diploma or equivalent work experience a must

· 3+ years of experience handling Workers’ Compensation Claims

· Able to present claims to our clients and have some experience working with public entities

· Detailed knowledge of New Jersey Workers’ Compensation statue and claims process

· Thorough understanding of medical and legal issues and the litigation process

· Excellent written, verbal and communication skills

· Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

· Leadership and marketing skills are also helpful but not required
