Qualifications

·       Seven years work experience in Workers’ Compensation or related industry in sales/marketing or account management, where building relationships and retaining customers is essential.

·       BS Degree in Business or Marketing

·       Knowledge of CSI products, services and administration is a plus

·       Demonstrated experience developing and facilitating presentations.

·       Demonstrated experience functioning in a high-volume, highly visible, deadline-oriented environment.

·       Demonstrated experience with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

·       Out of area travel is required for this position, primarily PA and NJ.

·       Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable car for extensive visits to account/broker locations.

·       Strong strategic and analytical skills as well as strong presentation skills.

·       Excellent customer and consultant relationship skills.

·       Effective interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with functional areas within segment.

·       Self-motivated and goal oriented.

·       Flexibility in a variety of settings and ability to work under pressure.

·       Able to work independently with drive to excel
