· Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field or equivalent experience. A master's degree is a plus
· 6-8 years of experience in continuous improvement, process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation.
· A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in coaching and team management.
· Proven ability to influence and coach others within an organizational setting.
· Proven ability to manage resistance and conflict through empathy and building trust
· Proven track record for inspiring others to embrace change and new ways of working
· Skilled at recognizing linkages and efficiencies across different processes and systems.
· Proven track record of effectively influencing both frontline employees and leadership.
· Collaborative team player who thrives in a group setting.
· Demonstrated enthusiasm for driving change and enhancing work processes.
· Extensive experience in leadership and talent development, with a strong focus on coaching.
· Action-oriented, consistently seeking and implementing opportunities for improvement; Excellent problem-solving skills, with strong analytical capabilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint).
· While advantageous, expertise in Continuous Improvement methodologies is not a prerequisite. Comprehensive training on the methodology will be provided.
