We know that change can be challenging, and we want to make sure you feel supported as you explore your next steps. This pipeline is designed as an optional resource for associates whose roles have been impacted by recent restructuring. By sharing your updated resume here, you’ll help our Talent Acquisition team understand your skills and experience for potential opportunities across the organization.
While this is not a guarantee of placement or redeployment, it’s one more way to keep your information visible as you continue applying for roles through the internal careers site. Thank you for your contributions and resilience—we’re here to help you stay connected.
Pathways Program Coaching Information:
If you’ve opted into the coaching aspect of the Pathways program, please continue to work directly with your assigned Coach. Coaches will be able to guide you with:
- Identifying roles that align with your skills and career goals.
- Preparing for interviews and strengthen your resume.
- Navigating internal processes and timelines.
Who Should Use This
- Associates who have received notice that their position is impacted as part of department restructuring.
- Associates who want TA to have an updated resume on file while they pursue roles through normal internal posting processes.

- Continue to apply for any specific openings through the internal careers site. This pipeline does not replace job applications.
- Do not share or forward the postings; these are private links specifically for you.

When you apply to specific internal postings, your manager may be notified per our internal process.
What This Pipeline Is—and Is Not
- Is: An additional, voluntary avenue for impacted associates to provide an updated resume to TA for awareness.
- Is: A way to ensure your most current information is accessible to TA partners while you pursue roles through normal channels.
- Is not: A guarantee of interviews, redeployment, rehire, or offers.
- Is not: A commitment that TA can or will place you in a role.
