Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree; advanced degree required.

Experience Required:

  • 8+ years of management and consulting experience including payor and/or provider operations; claims processing and adjudication, provider relationships and contracting, vendor management and payment processing.
  • Project management experience, especially in managing multi-functional teams, e.g., project management, executive communications.
  • Proven experience in managing strategic, complex initiatives for various organizations and ability to bridge partnerships and gaps for successful results.

Additional Skills Required:  

  • Advanced MS Powerpoint skills                                                                    
  • Functional and technical knowledge in vendor selection, process design, and operating model design                                                                          
  • Industry experience in healthcare                                    
  • Strong willingness to learn new hard and soft skills, and develop a new professional capability.                                                             
  • Strong communicator with experience in working with senior management.                                                
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong desire to work in cross functional teams.           
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and can quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply during change transformation efforts.                                                 
  • Attitude to thrive in a fun, fast-paced start-up like environment.                    
  • Brings a high-energy and passionate outlook to the role and has strong sense of ownership.                                                              
  • Able to provide leadership over and influence individuals and across multiple stakeholders from different levels/backgrounds by tailoring approach.                            
  • Understands principles of change management, performance metrics and dialogs, particularly in health systems and drives change at all levels.
