Senior Research Analyst (Tableau Developer)
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Analytics, Health Informatics, Business, Mathematics, Audit, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Actuarial Science, or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years’ experience.
- Advanced experience with data visualization and analytics tools.
- Demonstrated expertise in Tableau.
- Ability to present complex information in a way that is easy to understand.
- Technical experience and data management skills including data development, data extraction, transformation, QA, and analytic skills working with large datasets.
- Advanced SQL experience, including understanding complex data models.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a group.
- Highly organized with close attention to detail.
- Ability to document work for auditing purposes.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment under time constraints is necessary.
- Willing to commit to extended and weekend hours, as necessary.
