Position Description:

Analyst performs routine actuarial and statistical analyses to estimate financial outcomes. 

- Applies knowledge of mathematics, probability and statistics to complete tasks and - demonstrates sound financial acumen during the process. 

- Actively participate in cross-functional initiatives and can effectively communicate the - Actuarial Department’s position to other functional areas. 

- Can thoroughly explain how something was done and why. 

- Shows the ability to assess if results are reasonable by formulating professional expectations and identifying deviations from them. 

- Can identify data and model issues and effectively communicate the issues as well as proposed solutions


- Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Actuarial Services, or related field.

- Completed 3-4 actuarial exams (e.g. P, FM, MLC & MFE) and associated VEE credits. 

- A minimum of two years' of experience
