·     Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.

·     3-5 years of related work experience.

·     Ability to work independently and interface with multiple cross-functional teams.

·     Ability to develop, and formalize written communications that details findings, recommendations, and executive summaries.

·     Must have developed analytical and problem-solving skills.

·     Ability to work in a multi-task environment with project management skills preferred.

·     Knowledgeable of Microsoft office products including Excel and PowerPoint

·     Innovative thinker exhibiting strong ownership and personal accountability.

·     Leadership and business development growth skills including ability to create and manage national account & consultant/broker relationships.

·     Ability to work with multiple stakeholders both directly and indirectly supporting their business.

·     Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to identify and drive new opportunities.

·     Ability managing, influencing, and negotiating with a broad set of internal and external stakeholders, including customers.
