Channel Management Associate

The Channel Management Associate is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of marketing assets across multiple marketing channels in a timely, efficient manner. This position will operate in a shared service model supporting various company brands and content areas, such as health and well-being, product, and consumer market acquisition and retention.
- Works closely with marketing and design teams to develop and launch desired campaigns.
- Support campaign execution and fulfillment, including requirements gathering and validation, asset creation and proofing, and data quality assurance checks before campaign execution.
- Ensure timely uploading of assets into the digital asset management system.
- Support with vendor relationships, as needed.
- Monitor campaign performance and offer recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure that all deliverables are provided accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate business review meetings and ongoing quality control, as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communication, related field or equivalent work experience. 0-5 years in insurance industry or other industry with consumer focus.
- Demonstrate desire to learn and contribute in a dynamic work environment.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Demonstrate good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to create, follow, and update, as needed, Department procedures.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to interact effectively with other associates, both within the Department and throughout the Company.
- Independence has implemented a “Hybrid” model which consists of Associates working in the office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) and remotely 2 days a week (Monday & Friday). This role is designated as a role that fits into the “Hybrid” model. While associates may work remotely on our designated remote days, the work must be performed in the Tri-State Area of Delaware, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania
