Job Description:
This Marketing Solutions Co-op will work with the Client & Broker Marketing Team in addition to Sales, Product, Informatics, and Creative teams to support the development of sales presentations, marketing collateral, and B2B social media strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Be available to work 37.5 hours a week from April 1 - September 19, 2025.
- Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies and communications to support employer group accounts.
- Works with Sales, Product, Informatics, and Creative teams to create sales presentations and marketing collateral.
- Strengthen the execution of B2B marketing and communications deliverables for customer-facing audiences and channels.
- Leads B2B social media strategy, in partnership with our social media Team, to plan B2B social content and develops schedule of social posts to come from our Sales teams.
- Collaborates in the development of member specific collateral and communications to address unique account requirements.
- Participates in dry run meetings to ensure presentations are cohesive and supports any changes needed prior to finalization of decks
- Assists with event marketing needs for sales audiences (group, broker, and consultant).
Qualifications:
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment with direction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional presence working with all levels of staff.
