College Co-op: Enrollment & Billing: Business Analysis Support

College Co-op Student Job Description:

Enrollment, ID Cards, Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Broker Commissions across all lines of business including Commercial Individual, Group, Medicare Advantage, and Third-party Administration.

 

This support includes working with internal and external customers, providing information, analysis and reporting, providing subject matter expertise for product and project implementation to enable growth, ensure efficiency and improve services provided to our members and customers.

 

·       Provide ad hoc analysis primarily in Excel, for enrollment, ID cards, billing and/or accounts receivable as needed

·       Perform enrollment, billing and customer account analysis for internal and external customers

·       Verify information between systems, including billing and payment activity

·       Reconcile retroactive enrollment information and billing credits issued on customer invoice

·       Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights for business decisions

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver relevant reports and dashboards

·       Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to improve business performance

·       Participate and engage in team building and brainstorming sessions and workshops

Qualifications:          

·       Excel – Intermediate or Advanced proficiency

·       Familiarity with technology applications

·       Critical thinking – ability to analyze moderately complex data

·       Problem solving

·       Detail oriented  

·       Communication at various levels of organization

·       Ability to work in a changing environment, be adaptable

·       Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver tasks timely

Preferred Majors:

Finance, Accounting, Business, Public Health, Informatics or Computer Science

             

Classification:

Junior or Senior

 

 GPA:

3.0+
