  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A college degree is preferred.
  • Minimum three (3) years’ related experience, preferably in a managed care environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, presentation, written and verbal skills are required.
  • Must be able to handle multiple and detailed assignments.
  • Ability to interact with various levels of management and associates within the organization, and identify and coordinate meetings with community and state-related organizations (i.e. state legislative offices, hospital social workers, and social service agencies) is crucial.
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Outlook suite of products, including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint is necessary.
  • Must also be available to work a varied schedule, as outreach events often require some weekend work. 
  • Maintain a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for transportation to and from various sites and/or events. 
  • Bi-lingual is a plus, preferably fluent in Spanish.
