Compensation Analyst
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required
Minimum of 3 years of compensation related experience in areas such as:
Market pricing and systems
Survey completion and analysis
FLSA exemption status determination
Working knowledge of salary survey vendors and submission processes and templates
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Understanding of DOL/FLSA guidelines and its application
Possess good written, oral, and interpersonal skills
Ability to clearly communicate compensation policies, procedures, and decisions
Ability to influence and persuade others
Possess a strong customer service focus
Apply judgment to assess and resolve sensitive issues as well as have the ability to react appropriately in a challenging and changing environment
Strong time management skills are required to manage multiple processes and implementation initiatives
Strong knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Ability to think strategically while managing multiple competing priorities
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP); Global Remuneration Professional (GRP); Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP); Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP) preferred
Experienced in Access database design and manipulation preferred
Working knowledge of survey warehousing tool, Salary.com highly preferred
Experience with PeopleSoft Compensation modules
