Corporate Development & Strategic Investment Manager
Qualifications
Education
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent discipline
- MBA/MS/MA in Finance, Accounting or Economics or equivalent discipline preferred
- Eight (8) or more years of progressively more responsible experience in investment banking, mergers, acquisitions & divestitures, management consulting, venture capital and/or corporate strategic business development to include complex financial modeling and business valuation
- Working Experience with Senior Executive & Board of Directors presentations & interface regarding Business Development proposals.
- Demonstrated experience navigating large organizations
- Demonstrated experience in project planning & management
- Healthcare or insurance experience preferred
- Extensive Knowledge in mergers, acquisitions & divestitures, corporate strategic business development, branding, co-branding, partnerships, & related due diligence, purchasing agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDA), register of parties, data room, licensing, & negotiation methods & processes.
- Demonstrated strong communication, collaboration and relationship building skills
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated strong initiative and self-motivation skills resulting in a strong results-oriented work ethic
- Demonstrated strong experience in MS Office Suite to include Excel and Power Point
