Director Quality Mangement
- Advanced degree in healthcare, business administration, or related progressive experience preferred
- RN with current license preferred
- Ten years related experience
- Detailed knowledge of federal, state regulations affecting Quality Management.
- Detailed knowledge of NCQA accreditation standards
- Advanced knowledge of managed care organizations, including Third Party Administrator
- (TPA) business and a working knowledge of new approaches to managed care.
- Ability and desire to manage across multiple locations in a corporate matrix environment.
- Strong analytic skills related to operations and systems required.
- Strong skills in project management tools, written and oral communications required.
- Previous successful staff management experience with demonstrated successful experience in
- Project Leadership and oversight roles.
- Demonstrated success with interpersonal negotiation, team building and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in MS Office software and IBC applications.
