Qualifications / Preferred Skills

  • Minimum of 2+ years experience in the areas of provider / analytics
  • Bachelors Degree required in related field, Masters preferred
  • Proven experience with data analysis, linkage of multiple data sets and development of keen business insights rooted in an analytic approach
  • Proven experience with data visualization measurement tools and survey design
  • Working knowledge of database frameworks, operational metrics design, and data production lifecycles
  • Proven ability to apply quantitative and/or qualitative research and data analysis techniques to improve operational processes
  • Ability to interact with business and data management functions and translate between business requirements and data management/measurement capabilities
  • Effective at translating strategy into tactical actions
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Passionate about producing high quality analytics deliverables and communicating results to a broad audience
  • Experience with journey mapping and similar CX/PX related tools
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to “tell a story” and provide recommendations with data trends.
  • Must be competent in Excel (vlookups, tables, formulas, etc), Sql experience, Tableau, Powerpoint
  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions.
