Lead Provider Statistical Data Insights Analyst
Qualifications / Preferred Skills
- Minimum of 2+ years experience in the areas of provider / analytics
- Bachelors Degree required in related field, Masters preferred
- Proven experience with data analysis, linkage of multiple data sets and development of keen business insights rooted in an analytic approach
- Proven experience with data visualization measurement tools and survey design
- Working knowledge of database frameworks, operational metrics design, and data production lifecycles
- Proven ability to apply quantitative and/or qualitative research and data analysis techniques to improve operational processes
- Ability to interact with business and data management functions and translate between business requirements and data management/measurement capabilities
- Effective at translating strategy into tactical actions
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passionate about producing high quality analytics deliverables and communicating results to a broad audience
- Experience with journey mapping and similar CX/PX related tools
- Strong analytical skills and ability to “tell a story” and provide recommendations with data trends.
- Must be competent in Excel (vlookups, tables, formulas, etc), Sql experience, Tableau, Powerpoint
- Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions.
