Medical Cost Transformation Enablement Manager
· Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree preferred in Healthcare, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
· 10 or more years of related work experience with at least 5 in behavioral health
- Knowledge of overall health insurance with exposure to utilization management, analytics, contracting, policy, and provider communications
- 5+ years of experience working with health care data (claims, provider, eligibility, etc.) required.
- Possesses the technical skills to partner effectively with shared services resources in Informatics as well as other analytically focused stakeholders, such as Actuarial, Finance, Contracting/Reimbursement and Value-Based Contracting (e.g. advanced Excel Skills including (vlookups, pivot tables, formulas), understanding of AEDW and database query skills, and working knowledge of analytics and BI tools such as SAS, Tableau, Teradata Studio, etc.
· Ability to build relationships and effectively communicate up, down, and across organizations
· Strong facilitation skills
- Proven ability to translate detailed information into a clear, concise summary appropriate for executive consumption
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to validate and interpret data results
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Hybrid of Choice:
