Member Experience Retail Specialist (Independence Live)
- BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline preferred.
- Four plus years of progressively more responsible operations experience preferably with HealthCare Reform, Medicare, or Medicaid.
- Excellent interpersonal, communications skills (verbal and written) and presentation skills
- Demonstrated history of supporting a quality customer experience
- Exceptional relationship building skills and customer-focused
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Must have comprehensive knowledge of HealthCare Reform and healthcare products/benefits
- Federal Facilitated Marketplace experience and certification preferred.
- Knowledge of state laws/regulations as demonstrated by passing the Pennsylvania sales license exams. Must obtain license within 60 days of employment
- Attention to detail and demonstrated problem solving skills
- Goal-oriented and motivated to learn
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales results preferred
- Bilingual preferred
- Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite ®: Excel; Word; Outlook; I-Way.
- Mastery of My INSIQ; Telephone Systems’. Avaya, CTI; OSCAR; RxClaims, Highmark Individual Billing System (HIBS/PSAR); ECS; One Time Direct Pay; E-BILL/ Portal; ICIS; CIS; CSD, PSAR (PeopleSoft Account Receivable).
