Privacy Compliance Analyst
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree preferred although commensurate work experience and applicable skill set will be considered.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a corporate setting preferably in a managed care, legal, and/or privacy regulatory compliance environment.
- Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively with a team on multiple, simultaneous projects and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to define business solutions, make decisions, identify problems, coordinate resources and implement changes
- Proven effective communication and analytical skills required to covey complex ideas in simple way to both internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and follow through on project life cycle while meeting target deadlines on multiple, simultaneous projects.
- Effective facilitation and presentation skills necessary to demonstrate business solutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Must be a good writer, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to create/modify dashboards and reports preferred.
