Research Analyst
Major Responsibilities of this Position Include:
- Develop and maintain reporting and analysis for Medical Affairs, including obtaining and analyzing authorization, claims, and appeals data.
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies in reporting and analysis, interacting effectively with the relevant technical teams to move reports to production as appropriate.
- Lead multidisciplinary workgroups and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues as required
- Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Skilled in presenting to internal stakeholders, summarizing performance results and analytic findings.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis services
- Managing project timelines, monitoring outcomes, evaluating results, summarizing findings, and ensuring data integrity.
- Ensure sound analytical methods.
- Other duties as required.
