- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Customer Orientation – Relationship oriented, ability to understand and respond to customer needs
- Forward thinking – Ability to think strategically
- Analytical – Ability to decipher trends and essential data, and present information to recommend solutions
- Problem Solvers- Proven ability to identify a problem or issue and offer a resolution
- Excitement - to be part of an innovative healthcare organization. Having strong time management, organizational, and communications skills as well as the ability to work independently on multiple tasks in a highly visible environment are required.
- Candidate must enjoy and be proficient using technology with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Candidate must have an active or obtain PA State Health and Accident License within the first 60 days of employment.
