Strategy Director - Clinical
Desired Experience:
- Seven or more years of experience
in the healthcare industry
- Minimum of three years of relevant
industry or functional post-graduate work experience in a consulting
environment (i.e. strategy, boutique or Big 4 consulting firm, or in an
internal consulting capacity) showing progressive advancement and a record
of achievement
- Three to five
years’ experience with integrated delivery systems, provider organizations
and direct interaction with payors and/or health plans
- Experience with
innovative arrangements between health systems and payors, data exchange
requirements and payment structures that support migration from fee-for-service.
- Expertise in developing new
strategies, business models involving the implementation of technology
design and solutions particularly in Health industry
- Excellent analytical and conceptual
skills, with the capability to structure and oversee sophisticated
hypothesis-driven analyses
- Excellent verbal and written
communications skills that effectively convey complex issues and package
insights in a compelling manner that drives management to (sometimes
difficult) action
- A self-starter, assertive, with a
high degree of self-confidence and good executive presence
- High energy, confident,
results-oriented mindset
- Adept at building trusted
relationships across the organization to gain buy-in and support
- High commitment to building
internal staff skills via coaching, formal skill development planning, and
creating a collaborative, supportive team culture
- An advanced degree, such as an MBA,
MS, MPH or PhD from a well-recognized academic program
- Seven or more years of experience
in the healthcare industry
