We are a dynamic team of marketing professionals committed to driving innovation and collaboration. Our focus is on planning, coordinating, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and communications that support all agent distribution channels, including direct sales.
Co-op Role Overview
As a Medicare Marketing Analyst Co-op, you will gain hands-on experience in marketing strategy and execution within the healthcare industry. You’ll work closely with our team to support campaigns, ensure compliance, and contribute to projects that make an impact.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Developing content for marketing campaigns (mail, email, text messages)
- Creating and updating marketing materials to support all sales channels
- Routing marketing materials through review and approval processes
- Testing digital tools and platforms
- Assisting with campaign setup and execution
- Tracking campaign performance (responses, leads, applications)
- Supporting budgeting activities, including invoice tracking
- Ensuring all materials comply with CMS Medicare Marketing guidelines and internal compliance standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being a strong team player
- Proactive and productive work style with attention to detail
