Call Center Representative
- Prior experience in Health Care, (Medicare or CHIP ) required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- PC skills, with basic proficiency in Microsoft Word (creating and editing documents), Microsoft Excel (creating and editing spreadsheets), and Internet navigation skills
- Ability to work overtime as needed based on department needs
- Excellent organizational skills; an attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Excellent judgment and decision making skills in dealing with customer complaints and sensitive requests required.
- Strong work ethic; consistent, reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed during holiday season.
