About the Role:
We are actively building a pipeline of experienced professionals to join our Client Success team, supporting the implementation and onboarding of new and renewing clients. This posting is intended to identify and engage top talent for future opportunities within our organization. As a member of the Client Success team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless transitions from Sales to Operations. You’ll collaborate with internal subject matter experts, brokers, and clients to deliver high-quality benefit setups, product integrations, and operational readiness. Opportunities span from tactical execution and data validation to strategic leadership and client engagement. Please note: This posting does not represent a formal job opening. Key Responsibilities:
· Lead or support cross-functional implementation teams to deliver accurate and timely onboarding.
· Coordinate client data collection, documentation, and quality assurance activities.
· Serve as a liaison between clients, brokers, sales, and internal teams to ensure alignment and readiness.
· Track progress against implementation timelines, checklists, and milestones.
· Identify risks, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvement in onboarding processes.
· Prepare and deliver client-facing communications, reports, and updates.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
· 1–8+ years of experience in client-facing roles, implementation, onboarding, or project coordination.
· Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
· Familiarity with healthcare operations, compliance, and benefit administration.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
