College Co-op: Broker Sales: Sales Support Specialist (TM)
College Co-op Student Job Description:
· Help the teams leverage collective resources to maximize productivity, improve training, and ultimately drive more successful sales and broker engagement.
· Be responsible for helping to support our sales department.
· Assist in day-to-day operations of supporting our broker channel, including marketing, sales analytics, broker events, planning, and strategy of goals.
Qualifications:
· Active listening, clear communication, and relationship-building with brokers.
· Strong time management skills
· Attention to detail and efficient documentation
· Ability to resolve issues and think creatively for process improvements
· Teamwork with both support and sales teams, contributing to collective success
· Prefer experience with CRM(Dynamics), CMS systems, and Microsoft Office
