College Co-op Student Job Description:
The Collaboration Team create artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. Our mission is to innovate and transform industries through AI technologies. We are looking for a talented Generative AI Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of state-of-the-art generative models leveraging available technologies from Microsoft and Google.
Gen AI Co-op will:
· Design, develop, and implement generative AI models using frameworks such as GPT, Azure AI, and NotebookLM.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver AI solutions.
· Optimize and fine-tune generative models for performance and scalability.
· Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI.
· Integrate generative models into existing systems and workflows.
· Debug and troubleshoot issues related to AI model performance.
· Assist business users with prompt engineering
· Document and present findings, methodologies, and results to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in developing generative AI models.
· Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and other AI frameworks.
· Understanding of machine learning algorithms and neural networks.
· Experience with data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts.
