College Co-op Student Job Description:
 
This Marketing Solutions College Co-op student will work with the Client & Broker Marketing Team in addition to Sales, Product, Informatics, and Creative teams to support the development of sales presentations, marketing collateral, and B2B social media strategy. 
 
Responsibilities include:
 
Supports the development and implementation of marketing strategies and communications to support employer group accounts.
Works with Sales, Product, Informatics, and Creative teams to create sales presentations and marketing collateral.
Strengthens the execution of B2B marketing and communications deliverables for customer-facing audiences and channels.
Leads B2B social media strategy, in partnership with our social media Team, to plan B2B social content and develops schedule of social posts to come from our Sales teams.
Collaborates in the development of member specific collateral and communications to address unique account requirements.
Participates in dry run meetings to ensure presentations are cohesive and supports any changes needed prior to finalization of decks.
Assists with event marketing needs for sales audiences (group, broker, and consultant).
Required Skills:
 
Knowledge of marketing and communication principles, practices and techniques.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment with direction.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Professional presence working with all levels of staff.

Majors:  Marketing, Communications, Public Relations

Accepted Classification: Senior or Recent Graduate (Within one year or LESS of April 1, 2025)

 Minimum GPA: 3.2+
