The Medicare Sales team supports the organization's Medicare business by partnering with brokers, analyzing business performance, coordinating sales and marketing initiatives, and developing strategies that enhance both customer and partner experiences.
Co-op Job Description
The Sales Operations & Broker Support Co-op will play an active role in supporting the Medicare Sales team and broker distribution channel. This position offers hands-on experience across sales operations, marketing initiatives, analytics, broker engagement, strategic planning, and process improvement efforts.
The Co-op will collaborate with leaders and cross-functional teams to support daily operations while gaining exposure to how sales, marketing, and broker distribution strategies contribute to business success. This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in business, marketing, healthcare, sales operations, analytics, or project management.
