College Co-op: Sales and Marketing Analyst
About the Hiring Department
This department supports marketing campaigns and sales strategy for federal and state-sponsored health plans, including Medicare. The Sales Enablement team serves as a shared services function, providing technology-driven solutions that support the success of sales and marketing initiatives.
Co-op Job Description
The Co-op will support a cross-functional team responsible for driving the success of Medicare sales and marketing channels. Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing sales and marketing data using tools such as BigQuery, Tableau, and Power BI to identify actionable trends and perform data quality audits
- Assisting with the integration of enterprise AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot and Google NotebookLM, to enhance business processes and improve efficiency
- Supporting process improvement initiatives through documentation, analysis, and project support
- Evaluating customer experience insights through call listening, AI-generated reporting, and CRM data to identify opportunities for improvement within the telesales channel
- Collaborating with team members to support strategic sales and marketing initiatives
Required Skills
Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
