Director Medicare Marketing
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field/equivalent experience; master’s degree preferred.
- Combination of B2B and DTC experience preferred.
- Minimum of ten (10) years progressive marketing experience in a health, managed care or related organization to similar level of accountability.
- Medicare experience highly preferred.
- Experience in a heavily regulated industry required.
- Excellent team building/leadership skills required as well as being an excellent communicator both written and verbal. Must excel at organizing and presenting a business case.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Strong eye for details.
- Comfortability with Tableau analytics, CRM solutions, Campaign management platforms (Adobe, Hubspot, etc), Google analytics, Microsoft Project, Excel, and Power Point required.
