EDI Reporting Analyst

EDI Reporting Analyst Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the infrastructure, maintenance, efficiencies, and management of the overall electronic data interchange (EDI) process.
· Analyze client requirements for the electronic exchange of information and ensure that client systems and internal systems are compatible and connected.
· Gather client specifications and implement per client requirements/industry guidelines within agreed project timeframes and provide status updates to all stakeholders.
· Collaborate effectively and build solid working relationships with internal users and management, external partners, outsourced IT solution providers, and other teams.
· Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify EDI programs. Specify, develop, test, and document EDI mappings with partners.
· Proactively monitor and analyze production EDI activity for quality, accuracy, mapping issues, and adherence to regulatory compliance requirements
Experience:
· 5+ years of experience with EDI (electronic data interchange) processes
· Preferred bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
· Ability to solve complex problems
· Ability to work independently; receives minimal guidance.
· Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
· Strong communication skills
· Strong knowledge of EDI interfaces and reporting
· Strong analytical skills
Independence has implemented a “Hybrid” model which provides our associates with the ability work in the office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and remotely 2 days a week (Monday & Friday). This role is designated as a role that fits into the “Hybrid” model. While associates may work remotely, the work must be performed in the Tri-State Area of Delaware, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania
