Co-op Student Required Skills:
The Sales Incentive Analyst Co-op has responsibilities for the following:
- Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills Ability to create queries/reports and evaluate data (must be well versed in Access and Hyperion).
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Self-directed and able to exercise a high level of independence and accountability.
- Flexible and able to act quickly under pressure.
- Exercises sound judgment Process-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
- Demonstrated comfort working in a cross-functional, matrix-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to influence others.
- Advanced MS Word, Access, and Excel Skills.
- Detail oriented and highly organized.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or Sales Logix a plus, but not required.
- Sales Operations experience a plus, but not required.
Preferred Majors:
- Information Technology
- Finance Accounting
- Computer Science
- Business Administration
