Qualifications Education

1.    BS Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience preferred

Experience

a.     3 years' experience in healthcare.

Knowledge,Skills,Abilitie.s

a.     Ability to work and coordinate enrollment process and analytics in Commercial Membership Operations.

b.     Acute knowledge of EDI & enrollment systems. Understanding of XML/ HIPAAX12 transactions would be beneficial but not required.

c.     Must possess the ability to interface with internal and external customers at various levels.

d.    Willingness to work in afast4paced, challenging environment.

e.     Detail oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills.

f.      Ability to effectively communicate with senior management, supervisors, and peers.

g.    Proficient in Microsoft Applications.

h.    Proven process improvement methodology and driving change management.
